On May 16, 2025, the St. Louis region was struck by a devastating tornado.
While not PorchFestSTL is not a fundraiser for tornado relief,
we believe that live music is a healing force that has the power
to make St. Louis more resilient and to bring our community together.  

During PorchFest 2025, the second-line St. Boogie Brass Band will lead a joyful parade from DeBaliviere at DeGiverville to the main stage area (6008 Kingsbury) in the late afternoon, through some of the blocks most heavily affected by the May tornado. See map and schedule for further details.

The following photos were taken two days after the tornado in Skinker DeBaliviere – the neighborhood that hosts PorchFest – with the exception of the photo of lion in the rubble, which was taken in the adjacent Central West End neighborhood.
